In order to further assist you, please consider posting your System Specifications. If you fail to check these requirements you may encounter errors or issues. Please, we remind you that Terraria has certain requirements in order to function properly on your system. In order to further assist you, please verify the following information below before proceeding. You can try verifying all your data however: I have tested fullscreen as stated, and did not get the issue you responded. No, Maximized Window depends on your Taskbar and Window settings, in this case I use auto-hide taskbar which makes it fullscreen but the top menu remains with minimize, and maximize. Sorry, was under the impression you were still attempting to stream. Maybe this would be the recommended capture device for Terraria, as you may be using an application that apparently causes this tearing issue. However, I have stated I use OBS with this and I get none of these problems. Those are usually related to the applications themselves or the specifications. Developers can't be responsible for third party devices, applications, or programs that monitor or capture your games activity. This really isn't a Terraria issue, nor related to Terraria. You should also use OBS, and not Steam Streaming, its still a working beta. I would highly recommend when broadcasting this game, to use Fullscreen or maximized window. Also, Terraria has a fullscreen mode, or you can just use maximized windowed mode (which I use) to broadcast.
#Dolphin reenable screen after alttab software
I am using Open Broadcast Software for my YouTube and Twitch Channel and have not experienced this problem. I typically have the exact same computer specifications as you and I am not experiencing this issue. I launch Terraria through Steam with Overlay enabled.ĮDIT: Hopefully someday Terraria supports Borderless Window "Fullscreen" as this would probably get rid of the problem lol
#Dolphin reenable screen after alttab tv
It looks a lot like screen tearing issues when one needs to activate v-sync in some games, where some of the screen will update, and the rest is a second or two behind when you're moving horizontally.ġ360x768 resolution (I'm forced to use this due to the 32-inch TV I use as my monitor) Recording software does not seem to 'see' the screen tearing (I've watched a short stream of myself playing with the screen tearing going on) so it is difficult to describe. It seems any time I Alt-Tab out of Terraria while I'm in-game (it doesn't happen during the loading "Re-Logic" screen, nor the Menu screens) and tab back into Terraria, I get a LOT of screen tearing. After doing some testing after a few Streaming sessions, what I thought was a streaming problem turned out to not be a streaming problem at all.
